At Miss Florenski, every arrangement is carefully handcrafted and delivered with the utmost attention to quality and presentation. Below you will find important information regarding our delivery services.
Delivery Areas
Miss Florenski currently delivers across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability and charges may vary depending on the destination and selected delivery window.
Delivery Hours
We offer delivery daily from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Midnight). During peak periods, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Eid, and other major occasions, delivery times may be extended.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off time. Availability depends on product availability, delivery destination, order volume, and traffic and weather conditions. Same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed for every area or during peak seasons.
Scheduled Deliveries
Customers may select a preferred delivery date and available time window during checkout. While we strive to honor all requested delivery windows, all delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Unexpected circumstances may occasionally result in delays.
Peak Periods
During high-demand occasions — including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Eid, Christmas, and New Year's Eve — delivery schedules may experience delays due to increased order volumes. Miss Florenski reserves the right to adjust delivery routes and timing during these periods.
Recipient Availability
To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate address details, building name and unit number, and correct contact numbers. If the recipient is unavailable, we may contact the recipient, or leave the order with reception, security personnel, a family member, a concierge, or another responsible person present at the address. Such delivery shall be deemed successfully completed. Photographic proof of delivery may be retained for verification purposes.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate. If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect address information, invalid contact numbers, restricted building access, or recipient unavailability, Miss Florenski reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees, reschedule delivery, return the order to our premises, or decline refund requests where flowers have already been prepared or dispatched.
Business Deliveries
For deliveries to offices, hotels, hospitals, schools, or commercial premises: deliveries are subject to the policies of the respective establishment, and reception staff may accept deliveries on behalf of recipients. Miss Florenski is not responsible for delays caused by internal procedures or refusal by the establishment.
Apartment Buildings and Gated Communities
Access restrictions imposed by security personnel, building management, or community regulations may affect delivery times. Miss Florenski shall not be responsible for delays caused by such restrictions.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates only. Miss Florenski shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, public holidays, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. Delays do not automatically entitle customers to refunds.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient refuses the order, cannot be contacted, access is denied, or incorrect information was provided, the order may be considered fulfilled. Additional delivery charges may apply for any re-delivery requests.
Product Condition Upon Delivery
Fresh flowers are perishable and should be cared for promptly after delivery. Miss Florenski shall not be responsible for deterioration caused by delayed acceptance, exposure to heat, improper storage, or failure to follow flower care instructions.
Substitutions
Because flowers are seasonal and natural products, certain blooms or packaging elements may occasionally require substitution. Any substitutions made will be of equal or greater value and designed to preserve the overall style and aesthetic of the arrangement.
Contactless Deliveries
Where appropriate, orders may be delivered without direct contact. Photographic confirmation may be recorded for verification purposes.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated during checkout and may vary depending on destination, delivery window, special occasions, and peak demand periods. Additional surcharges may apply during major holidays or high-demand dates.
Force Majeure
Miss Florenski shall not be responsible for delays or inability to deliver arising from natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, transportation disruptions, civil disturbances, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
